That’s it; we have a new EFPT Champion!!!
After a awesome windsurf season, which was sometimes unlucky with wind but always funny and relaxed, we are proud to introduce to you the new champ: meet Andre Paskowski (F2/North Sails) 24 Year old from Hamburg.

The more than hundred variations of his name are only outnumbered by the variations of tricks he is able to deliver in a 5 minute heat.
Well known in the World of windsurfing since many years, he takes the next step in an amazing career.
From Spain to Russia, he was the best freestyle windsurfer, putting more shine on the title with his victory on the last event in Croatia.
The tour started in Spain, moving to Austria, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Belgium, Switzerland, Russia and ending in Croatia. After 11 events, and 120 000 € prize money it ends with a lot of happy faces and full of expectations for the next season.
It took the “family” 9 months of travelling, partying, living together and of course windsurfing in great places, some known very well and some not quite as well…
Without a doubt you could say it’s what keeps the magic of windsurfing alive: going to nice places and have a great time with your friends, in and out of the water. Every single rider which has been on one or more events of this tour can tell how unbelievable it was, wherever it took place.
Time to mention that every stop brings new faces to the sport, fully motivated young guns that want to join in for the upcoming seasons!!!
Second Place: Matteo Guazzoni, il dottore de windsurf, from Milano/Italy. The EFPT Champion 2004 was fighting his way through the season always focused on the title and sometime pretty close to it, especially after winning the Swiss event on the lake Silvaplana.
He was close till the end, competing amazing as always with his unique style. His second place in Croatia shows again that the level of the guys is super high and each one in the top positions has the power to take the Title.
Third Place: Andreas Olanderson, the Swedish Pimp, from Olofström. Andi ends this year in his best position ever. He decided to become a fulltime pro for this year and the third place on the EFPT shows, he did right. His “power moves” are legendary as is his will to compete, not even 2 broken ribs could stop him to come to Croatia and face the challenge of the final.
Fourth Position: Remko de Weerd, from Huizen/Holland. Never seen on a party till the end but always the first on the water; fresh, relaxed and funny you can only see him smile.

The boardbags are getting packed, we roll up the sails and move to our winter places, take a look around at your winter spot and maybe we meet on a windy place!!!
