What a start. First Event in 2007 and Adaluzia delivers a great Event with the first Result of the Season. Although the double could not be done, everyone is pretty stoked and looking forward to the next Tourstops.

Again we had an awesome time in Spain. After waiting one day for wind we managed to complete a single elimination and the result was done.
A unexpected poniente (west wind) gave us the great conditions in front of the Torre de la Pena, one of the famous beaches in Tarifa.
Unfortunately we were not able to go into the double. So the result stayed like already announced.
Toro Andaluz ended with an amazing night in Tarifa where we’ve been invited to the “la Ruina” Discothek. Needles to say that everyone was in a great mood, the city was crowded because of the weekend and the Riders were recognized everywhere they went as the local newspapers were full of reports and pics of the Toro Andaluz 2007.
Rumours say that some riders didn’t find their way home and were still in the city in the early morning hours.
Supersession on Sunday brought the most of them back to life and once again they took the given opportunity to show their skills in Spanish waters.
The last official part was the prize giving at the Event site where a lot of smiling faces appeared. Everyone on the tour is looking forward to be back in 08, that’s for sure, the Spanish people gave us again such a nice time here that we can’t imagine a better place to start a new season.
We take a bow and say thanks to the organizers, the sponsors and everyone that supported us. Tarifa in the region of Andaluzia showed once again why it’s a first class Windsurf spot and why it’s known all over the world.
