Lack of wind keeps riders at bay.
It was another day of relaxing as the famous Caribbean trade winds failed to deliver despite earlier promise. Some sailors were playing baseball on the beach, while others checked the latest forecasts on their laptops through the wireless Internet connection provided by UTS Telbo.
