Definite consent of a top athlete: The brandnew Slalom Worldchampion and world's fastest Windsurfer – Finian Maynard ( British Virgin Islands ) – is going to compete at the Euro Cup Slalom/Formula Race on the Lake of Silvaplana (16 th of August). Moreover the competition of the European Freestyle Pro Tour (EFPT) will go on with suspence: The Top 3 of the EFPT – Normen Günzlein (GER), Andre Paskowski (GER) and Andreas Olandersson (SWE) are going to show their freestyle skills and impressive tricks from Saturday the 12 th August on and will try to catch some points for the overall ranking. The multiple world champion and exceptionally gifted Swiss windsurf lady Karin Jaggi (SUI) will also participate at the this year's STIMOROL Engadinwind. She will impress the crowd and try to gain another victory in her home country

With beautiful weather, the last preparations for the STIMOROL Engadinwind are in full swing. Everybody is already waiting with suspense for the start of the event: On Saturday 12 th of August the freestyle competitors will make the opening and show their skills on the water of the beautiful mountain lake in the Engadin. Participants from all over Europe will impress the crowd from the 12 th -16 th of August.

Afterwards (from 16 th – 19 th ) the speed disciplines of the Euro Cup (Slalom/Formula) will take place. The brandnew Slalom Worldchampion and world's fastest Windsurfer – Finian Maynard ( British Virgin Islands ) – will also compete on the Lake Silvaplana .

On August 19 th the legendary Engadin Surf Marathon will be a part of the program for the 29 th time in a row. It shall be 100% fun for all the surfers participating at the longest and highest set surf regatta worldwide. Meanwhile the attractive course can be watched by the crowd from the shore of the Lake Silvaplana . The Marathon is a classic discipline among the windsurfers and will celebrate its 30 th anniversary next year.
